The Perisher XC Centre Trails and Conditions Report
Sun, Sep 14th, 2025 6:08 am

We've had a great run of cold clear nights and beautiful sunny days and todays forecast is for more of the same. It's mostly clear but some cloud and the temperature is just above freezing. There is a brisk breeze that's making it feel colder

The trails were well used yesterday and with sunny conditions impacting coverage the groomers have been hard at work overnight rebuilding ready for another glorious day. Everything up to the 5km has been groomed and trackset and the 7.5km simply groomed.

Aim to get here early to get the most from the trails. The forecast for next week is a little more challenging so make the most of this late season gift.

Also come and join in the fun around the Shelter with the annual Family Dress Up Get Together hosted by Snowy Mountains Nordic.  The prestigious shield will be awarded to the most successful team for their skiing/dressing up /having fun, ability.  Everyone brings a prize so everyone wins a prize !

We have a very big collection of gloves, coats and beanies in the lost property area so have a check on your ski gear, make contact via email and we will do our best to reunite clothing and owners. If you prefer to text, send a message to John:0431816923.

For more information, check in at Perisher XC Skiing Community | Facebook. The latest grooming updates can be seen on Nordic Pulse. The perisherxcountry.org/reports/grooming-report has the full list of trails and when they have been groomed.
